Η Υαλοδομή απασχολεί συνολικά 80 εργαζόμενους. Το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό της είναι μία μεγάλη οικογένεια με κοινούς στόχους και κατανεμημένες αρμοδιότητες, στην οποία όλοι συνεισφέρουν το δικό τους μοναδικό υπόβαθρο, τις ικανότητές και δεξιότητές τους, την άποψη και την εμπειρία τους, ανεξάρτητα από τη φύση της εργασίας τους ή τη θέση τους. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, το 30% των εργαζομένων της Υαλοδομής είναι απόφοιτοι πανεπιστημίων που συνεργάζονται άψογα με τους εξειδικευμένους και έμπειρους τεχνίτες.
